Her collaborative approach and intense focus on achieving the end goal has led to a track record of success. Lisa’s experience includes working for public and privately held companies (including private-equity ownership) and both start-up and established organizations, giving her an understanding of how to navigate the drivers and needs of all types and sizes of organizations.

Lisa’s breadth of experience in P&L management, product and portfolio management, marketing, business development, and channel and customer management allows her to quickly develop a comprehensive understanding of your organization and its needs. At Inkberry Marketing Lisa has helped organizations transform from internally-focused decision making to market-driven marketing and product strategies. Prior to starting her own consulting firm, Lisa held roles in product management, product & solution marketing, strategy & business development, & strategic marketing at TESSCO Technologies. While responsible for the P&L of two mature business units, she drove year-over-year profit growth for four consecutive years. Lisa also started a new, entrepreneurial division within the organization, creating a solutions-based business unit focused on Smart Grid, Machine-to-Machine (M2M), and Internet of Things (IoT) solutions. She also worked at a web-based start-up focused on the university market, helping the company achieve profitability and positioning it for acquisition.
